The theme was very much about supporting local foods, healthy available alternatives, and making smarter choices. I think their goal was to push the audience to think beyond the plate and what you eat, to production and how it affects our world and present/future society.
This event brought together foodies, families, performances, and vendors from all over the bay area giving us an array of organic foods, fresh ingredients, desserts, entertainment and a great assortment of foodtrucks.
Eat Real certainly tops my list of food festivals in the greater Bay Area.
